Refund & Return Policy

SLB Cosmetics is committed to providing high-quality makeup products. Due to the nature of cosmetics and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact our customer service team at contact@slbcosmetics.com within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

To be eligible for a resolution, the product must arrive defective or damaged upon receipt. SLB Cosmetics is not responsible for issues that arise after the product has been opened or used.
